Check-in
We will meet and greet the tenant, check and agree the Inventory and hand over keys to a reassured tenant.
Check-out
Detail all variations to the Inventory and produce a fair and unbiasedreport detailing all dilapidations aiding a hassle-free conclusion to the tenancy.
Mid-term inspection
You supply us with details of when they are due and we will
do the rest - diary the appointments with the tenant through to producing a reportfor each inspection.

Inventories and Check-outs
Unfurnished apartments start from £37.50 for a 1-bedroomed consisting of Lounge,
Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Hallway. Additional rooms are charged at £5.00 per room.
Furnished apartments start from £42.50 for a 1-bedroomed with additional rooms charged at £7.50 per room.
Unfurnished houses start from £47.50 for 2-bedroomed consisting of Lounge, Kitchen,
Bathroom, Two bedrooms, Hallway and Garden. Additional rooms are charged at £5.00per room.
Furnished houses start from £52.50 for a 2-bedroomed as above with additional roomscharged at £7.50 per room.
