Terms & Conditions

1. Application

All bookings / services undertaken by Dream Domestics, Are done under these terms & conditions.

Any other terms or conditions will not be hounered, unless by a written  or oral agreement  by Dream Domestics

2. Definitions

"Regular customer" means a customer that books four or more weekly / fortnightly cleans

"One off clean" means a customer thats books a one off clean for housework only

"Spring clean" means customer has booked a more specialised clean for one time only

"Builders clean" means a customer has booked a clean after builders work has been carried out

"New tenancy clean" means a customer has booked a specialised clean for new tenant or selling property

3. Pricing & Payment

3a. Price & Changes

All prices are subject to change and are all including V.A.T .  Any change in pricing,  Dream Domestics will notify all

regular customers four weeks prior to any change by  oral or written notice

3b Minimum Charges

Regular customer  minimum £25

One off clean minimum  £45

Spring clean   minimum £150

New tenacy clean minimum charge applies

Builders clean minimum charge applies

3c.Payment Method

For our regular customers they can pay by standing order to the nominated Dream Domestics bank account where payment must be paid either in advance or leave cheque /cash on the day of work being carried out.

Other specialised cleaning  on a one off basis, cheque or cash either on arrival or at the end of work being carried out.

3d.Payment Timing

All Payments must be paid on day of work being carried out,Unless regular customer were weekly, fortnightly, or monthly standing orders are accepted.  section 3c payment methond applies.

4. Cancellations

Any customer that cancels without given Dream Domestics at least 24 hours notice will be charged in full , If the service is rebooked it will be charged at 50 % of orginal charge

5. Staff / Subcontracting

5a Staff

All Dream Domestics stall are highly trained in all the services we offer , they are also fully insured throughly vettesing disclosure scotland.and Uniformed

5b Subcontracting

Dream Domestic will never use or subcontract any work out to a third party.

6. Complaints

If you find you are not happy with the service you have recieved, Then the customer must lodge a complaint with in three days of service being carried out. And the complaint will be throughly investiagated.

7. Compensation

In the case that Dream Domestics is negligent to the loss or damage to property. Liability of Dream Domestics will be at there discretion and will endeavour to repair or replace item, Taking in to account age and condition .

8. Customer information

Under no circumstance will Dream Domestics use or pass on customer information to a third party,Or use for any other motive other than for the services that Dream Domestics operate .
